Tip-28: After You Quit Smoking Cigarettes

My name is Joseph Giove. I’m a biomedical engineer and a clinical hypnotist. I’ve helped thousands of people stop smoking over the last twenty five years. I created this video series to help you become free of the habit an addiction of smoking cigarettes.

On my website you will find a list from the American Cancer Society that shows you how quickly your body recovers after you quit smoking cigarettes. Many people think “well, I have been smoking for 30 years or 40 years, it is probably too late, I’m probably going to get something. No! Please don’t believe that. The sooner you quit, the sooner your body can recover and within a few short years your body can recover to the point where your chance of chronic illness from smoking reverts back to as if you never smoked.

The way you can accelerate this is to become proactive in your recovery. Get active, breathe a lot, walk, hike, sweat, drink lots of water, take your vitamins, B vitamins, calcium, potassium, and other minerals and be sure to change your routine. Very deliberately change the habit you used to have around smoking.

And remember, one puff is all it takes to start the cycle all over again. So the easiest way to quit is to quit one last time. This ensures your freedom and is the easiest way to be free.

Take action now to be free. If you need assistance, I help people all over the world through phone sessions and private sessions at my clinic in Northern California. Feel free to call my office at 925-215-4017 or contact me here and get ready to enjoy your freedom.
